Barbara Jean’s is a family run, multi-unit restaurant operation that began in 1998 on St. Simons Island, Georgia, about fifty miles north of Jacksonville, Florida and 60 miles south of Savannah. We specialize in seafood and made-from-scratch, home-style cooking.
We never proclaim a few things to be fresh when everything we serve at Halyards is prepared that way. Seafood, beef, poultry, game. Sauces and soups. Everything is made from scratch. Everything. It makes a difference. It makes us Halyards.
