ECHO, the island’s only oceanfront restaurant and bar, gives a nod to St. Simons’ brief naval history during World War II. Serving classic coastal cuisine and handcrafted cocktails, the atmosphere is casual and friendly. Perfect for drinks after coming in from the pool or an evening out. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, 7am to 10pm. Bar opens at 11am Monday-Saturday, 12:30pm Sunday.
